Université de Montréal’s school of architecture 2008 graduates classified their thesis projects as follows:

[edit] This is either emblematic of Montreal architecture’s superficiality (Gilles Saucier, last time I heard him speak, describes his buildings as some sort of geo-archeological excavation) or evidence of how attuned Montreal is to the lurid aestheticism that fronts for content and action in contemporary architecture.
